Is there a free tool to help SEO?

Hey all, I was just wondering if there is a free tool that I can use to help me find the best possible Titles, tags and everything in between for my videos! I've had one or two videos recently which I guess I've 'accidentally' SEO'd very well and they have gotten over 1000 views etc.

The majority of my videos have 150 views - or less (Not awful, I'm happy with that, but want to improve it)
I'm looking to boost my views and I feel like that will be achieved through better titles and tag optimization etc.

So my final question is? This there a free tool that can help me achieve this? Thanks!

(Yeah..It's awful tagging and titling but that's what I'm trying to fix for all my future videos!)

Tools can only give you ideas no algorithm can tell you for sure if certain keywords really match your video content. Try the AdWords keyword tool, ubersuggest, the tag suggestions from YouTube and Google trends.
