Is there a 3rd Party browser extension that will ensure I receive email notifications whenever someone I'm subscribed to uploads a video?

Loving YTtalk
Youtube used to send those notifications out themselves, but they don't anymore.

Even when Youtube used to do that themselves, I would only get notifications SOME of the time!

So is there a third party browser extension or other app I can download that will do the notifications for me? Not just bringing back the email notifications, but sending the notifications more consistently than Youtube themselves ever did?
