Well for my youtube video I am going to do a little trololo scene and for that to be epic I need tot ake a little bit of the trololo song to do it.

Is taking a little bit such as 5 secs ok, I did find this website that says this bit is ok, should I do it?

Fairly certain songs like the Trololol Song and Never Gonna Give You Up are pretty lax when it comes to copyright infringement. I see people use them all the time and their videos stay up.

As long as you are doing something creative with it, you should be alright there. I know some of the bigger channels on YT have used it before, most using a lot more than a 5 second clip.

30 seconds is the max. Anymore and it is not considered a sample and can be coryrighted.
