I think sub 4 sub really doesn't do anything for views. Because you're doing game video, make sure the title of the video is really good and you tag the video really good. Do that and you should pick up views and subs in no time :)

i know that sub for sub isnt a good way to grow but seeing as how he is of similar channel type Im hoping that by boxing each other we can at least somewhat grow that way
 
hey dude i know a channel on which i can get tones of subscribers but i do wanna get active subscribers who are interested in my clips on only to get subs on their own ones .. i read a lot about that and i knwo the title and the tumbnail and the quality is very important to get a lot of views and subbs so has anyone an idear wher i can post my clip or how i have to call my clip to get more views ?? somebody an idea ?

i post my videos every where reddit twitter, other forums, yeoush, tgn anywhere and everywhere
 
i ve heard about a machinima forum i think there should we be successful ?? but i never found one lol or i searched wrong
know a good forum ?

i dont know of a machinma forum but there is the steam forums, again yeoush and tgn can help and even the get sponsored forums you can try other things to like pinging your video and submitting it to search engines.
