Is my Intro needed?

So my channel is relatively new and I have always been wondering even though I feel like my channel needs a intro for my videos; do my viewers actually want to see it or is it not needed?

I am just curious because I am starting to wonder if it might be driving my viewers away or is it something that keeps them around and presents what my channel is about. I am curious to see what the community thinks or if there are some ways to make my intro better or my overall videos as a whole.

The video I would like to be reviewed has an example of what I am talking about because it doesn't start with my intro and the intro starts after about 0:25 seconds into the video my question is should I just do my content like this or just skip the intro process altogether.

My main thing to say is that intros in general should usually be pretty short and to the point. I see yours clocked in at around 10 seconds, which seems a bit long. IMO, an intro should ideally be not much longer than 5 seconds unless it's telling the viewers what to expect beyond general lets plays.

For example, here's my current intro (the video is unlisted and has no monetization on it, btw):

I usually put this at the beginning, or similar to what you did, after an intro blooper. If you make your intro a little shorter, I think it should work out just fine.
