Is my content just good (Youtube suggestions

So here is the deal I have a YouTube channel and have had it for quite a while, I upload everyday and put a lot of time and effort into my videos..... but (there is always a but) I have little to no views. I don't care that much about it but I feel my work should be seen, if you understand. I see other channels that have started after I did and have much more "Subs and views" so here is my questions to you guys.
What are your YouTube stories?
What are your suggestions?
