Is my channel look effecting my growth?

Whats going on YtTalk. Im wondering if my channel artwork/logo/layout is something that is causing my slow/stagnant growth? I work very hard on my content, but every time i go back and look at my channel, I always wonder if that's a main issue. If you wouldnt mind looking at my channel and giving feedback that would be great. Here is a quick pick of my banner and logo.

Not really. 99% of the time it's the video content. Sure the banner could use a little work, but you'll find that the issue is the videos. Check your analytics and see what people are subscribing to. It should say specific videos, or if they just subscribe on the main page without watching a video.

Thanks buddy. I didnt even realize you could see how people subscribed through which video. I just checked it out. unfortunately the few videos people subbed through was "giveaway" videos. besides that it was 1s and 2s on random videos. no video stud out.
