Is LiveLeaks generally a safe source?

Is it generally safe to include clips from LiveLeaks in videos? I do the news, loosely speaking, so that's why I ask. I didn't know if it was okay to show clips from there provided they're not graphically violent or anything.

You should look at their 'Terms & Conditions' / 'Copyright' or contact them and tell them briefly who you are and what you do and if they can support you by allowing you to use videos from their website. I would think LiveLeak is a safe source.

It should be under fair use depending on how you use it. But that is always a sketchy topic because there is no clear definition of what exactly it is. Although, I've seen tons of channels (including me) that use clips that were originally hosted there.
