Is listening to Videogame/anime music copyright infringement on YT?

You can get copyright claims for anything copyrighted in your videos on YouTube. That includes playing games that have licensed in-game music. The game maker licensed the music. You did not.
 
A few things.

1. I'm not asking on uploading. I'm asking on listening to the tracks. Is it copyright infringement?

2. I was wondering, how do channels like BrawlBRSTMs3 X upload so much music and are still online?
