Is it worthwhile to partner with MakerGen?

I'm getting mixed reviews from it, some strongly against it, but some pleading me to come join with them. On my past channel (decently sized, around 3k subs 100k views) I didn't have hardly any issues other than payments sometimes being late. But recently I have heard that they've screwed people over by turning contracts against partners.
On the other hand, I've work with MrRayHonda (for those who don't know, he's one of the most popular partners in MakerGen, approaching 6k subs and 350k views), and he's told me a lot of good stuff about them, and most of the other youtubers that I have a closer relationship with have just told me that they are pretty good, and that they haven't had any issues as of yet.
I'd just like some people's honest opinions, I've read the reviews on here and watched countless videos reviewing them. The only other networks I've been with were Freedom! (horrendous in my opinion) and CreativeNation/GamerNation (currently with them, haven't got anything to say as of yet).

its not your job to pick a MCN its their job to make you join them. only you can pick the right MCN because no matter what happens all of them will take your money, so make sure that the share revenue won't be for nothing. try to talk to them and see if they have better offers since they want you not the other way around.
