Is it possible to add custom thumbnails to a video if you do everything on mobile?

I do everything on a mobile device and I feel like thumbnails would help my channel some but I don't think I can add them
 
I think you could do it if you went on your internet browser and switched to desktop mode. It will be a lot harder to navigate but I think it is possible. When in desktop mode go to your video manager, tap edit and you should be able to add a thumbnail. I hope this helps.
