Is it legal to show my gaming rig ?

Can i monetize videos showing my pc and all it's parts like graphics card, motherboard, mouse, keyaboar, screen etc..

And another question, is it ok lets say monetize video where i show my car and all it has inside?

Is that all legal ? im not stealing anyone's rights here ?

Exactly what "rights" would you be stealing? You already bought the PC and such. Going on that logic you'd be violating rights by monetizing videos showing your bed since you bought it from a mattress company. All jokes aside your all good bro.

You're allowed to monotize gameplay lol, as long as you're contributing to the gameplay with commentary and such, not just simply posting a video of you playing a game

Another question - So i can even lets say buy a phone a make a video about it and dont have to contribute anything to anyone and not even saying in the description fair use and stuff?

Well i can't imagine how you'd make a video of a phone without saying anything contributing to it unless it's literally just a monetized video of you sitting there using your phone and if so i'd imagine that would get a strike

Completely wrong - for what would he get a strike? For sitting there? Unless he use copyrighted material like music, video or forbidden game, he can even livestream his phone sitting on table doing nothing, and monetize it

Yes I'm sure about that - as I said there is difference between purchasing phone (its yours and you can do whatever with it except for reverse engineering and copying the design for your own phone) and licensing software (you are restricted by use by EULA)
