Is it fair use?

There's a product I want to talk about but it isn't released yet. Can I use video from other YouTube videos that got to try a demo of it? Or the company's ad? How much is ok and how much isn't? I want to do voice over, talk about it, and as some graphs switching between me vlogging and the product.

I think you should be asking the company instead to be completely on the safe side

If you discuss the product there's no possible way they could copyright strike you just show a snipper and don't use the entire video
