Is It Actually Copy Right Infringement ??

Every so often while attempting to view a Vlog I get this Sad Face with the words "Video Not Available For Viewing".. Yes I'm above the 49th and the Vlogger Originates in the U.S. .. I've been told it has something to do with Copy Right Laws to certain music used as Background Music..

We have WiFi here and use iPads... I've contacted one Vlogger,YouTube told them Music in question, there is No Copy Right Issue... Problem is using an iPad ??.. Regardless of who Vlogs, Not every Video has the Copy Right Issue, I Say It's Not the iPad ?? My Query , What Is It ?? Thoughts Ideas Appreciated, Cheers Thanks

Personally I Think the Copy Right Gods are over reacting... Totally Unnecessary.. Just Saying

Certain videos are only available in certain county's on certain devices so yes your iPad might be the problem.

This whole issue is like a Hit & Miss.... Whomever has a Copy Right against the Powers at Be.. With Today's Technology , and yes some music ?? This will go on indefinitely....
