I'd recommend using fraps to record gameplay,and I bought only video siggy package that costs 50 YTCash. But in a few posts I'm buying VIP so yeah...

Is fraps free and is the 50YTCash package permanent.
Also if you click play on a video here does it count as a view?

Fraps isn't free and package isn't permanent. It lasts one month. And yes,it does count as a view I believe.

If you want a free way to record gameplay on the PC, get ezvid. It records in 720p HD and records your mic for commentaries. You can also add the webcam in the corner like u see in live coms. If you don't want to spend money recording ur PC, ezvid is a great way to go
