Is FilmSection legit?

I just got offered a 5-30 Dollar CPM (so $5 per 1k views guaranteed) from FilmSection and as this sounds too good to be true for me considering my numbers I want to know if anybody knows if they are legit.
 
I'd say avoid those guys :p Between them and the network that directly owns that network (RecStudios) I must get (on the channel below) atleast 3-5 emails & PMs a month.
Infact from that FilmSection part of it alone looking back, I've gotten 5 emails in the last two weeks :D
 
Of course the mail I got is only a copy and paste recruiter template but I would be interested if the revenue offer is something that other networks offer (and really provide) as well.

It's not a guaranteed CPM, I'd say they were just giving an average, pretty much all networks give an average in those messages..
 
I just wanted to give you a quick update. They answered an email I sent to them and it came out that despite the impressive numbers in the email they actually guarantee no revenue at all. According to them an average of their members have a $3+ CPM. So the 5-30 was completely made up out of the blue.

Well you have to guess that. I mean how can you give a range like "5-30", that range is massive.
 
Ask them to add these guarantee CPM range to your contract.
Then be sure it's not lock in agreement and your rev share is acceptable (at least 80%), then try.
