Is Adsense ripping me off?

Hey!

I am not sure if my earning are "right" but it seem that I am earning far too little.

I am not going to name my channel, but it is a growing channel and I gain 450k views a month and is increasing every month (according to socialblade).

the problem is, adsense seems to be paying me far too little. My first payment was about US$140 for a month. The next was $130 then my earning for last month was only $110

It is getting less and less even though my views are increasing.

Is there something wrong?

Hello

There's multiple things that can affect earnings on YouTube ;
Viewership location
Demographics (ages 34+ don't pay as well)
Demographics (male pays lower than female)
Average Watch time
Short videos (videos under 1-2 minutes are unlikely to get high-paying trueview advertising, under 30 seconds and they won't show at all)
Devices (Mobile, Tablet, Console & TV is still far behind on the amount of playbacks/ impressions being bought)

What % of monetized views were you getting in? It could be a seasonal drop during the summer months.

last 28 days for me
350,000ish views,
around about $150 earnings

so yeah you are a little under, but like @partnershiphero said, theres many factors.
are some of your videos not monetised?

what's the monetised playbacks?

how many pf your videos are

There are many factors that affect YouTube earnings so I wouldn't be concerned that you aren't being paid enough. Just keep making videos and gaining views and you will be making more and more money, even though it might not currently not feel like enough.

It looks like only 12% of the 450k views are monetized. Is that extremely low? Sorry for being a complete noob

Yes, I believe it's a low number, but all depends onto your content and audience.

As someone said:
Getting paid on YouTube has nothing to do with views it has to do completely with ads.
Example to make it simple lets say both videos have a CPM of $5. So $5 per thousand views. CPM is the cost per 1000 views:
Video A has 100,000 views and 95,000 of those views are monetizable and have ads and the if the ads are skippable they watch at least 30 seconds of the ad before skipping.
Video B has 1,000,000 views and 100,000 of those views have ads that people watch.
The person who A would actually get close the same amount of money as the person who made Video B even though Video B has ten times more views.
Another example, to make it simple lets say 50% of both their video views have ads that get clicked:
Video C has 1,000,000 views 500,000 and monetizable views with a CPM of $2
Video D has 600,000 views and 300,000 monetizable views with a CPM of $8
The person who made video D would get more money then the person who made video C even though video C has more views.
Keep in mind these are just examples, so the numbers might seem a bit extreme but it just a way of showing that just because a video has more views does not mean they make more money. Hope you aren't too confused by this.
