Is a YouTube partnership better than AdSense?

I've Got It
I have a few questions considering partnerships:

- What are the requirements for partnerships? Currently I'm on 200 subs and 50k views in 2 months.
- How many videos do they want you produce? Because I still go to school I can not stick to a schedule and only upload one every other week.
- What pays more? AdSense or partnership
- Will a parntership help me attract more traffic to my channel?

I hope you can help me answering these questions.

- The vast majority of networks will accept you for a base contract at your level
- I'm not aware of any contracts at that level which require X videos over Y time.
- All networks use Adsense. Some networks augment it by selling additional ads.
- No.
 
freedom doesnt have any requirments i think, and you start at 60% revenue and can get up to 110% which is really good, they also have alot of good sponsorships to. Yes they will help attract traffic to your channel i think.

Well since this guy has 200 subs and 50k views he probably shouldnt join Freedom, and No they do NOT help attract traffic to your channel unless you have like 100,000 subscribers.
 
Is this the true statement ? Can somebody know?

"AdSense only provide two type of advertising format, while ours includes Pre-Roll video advertisements".
