Is a colour theme important?

I was wondering,
Is a colour scheme important for your channel?
Also, Does that theme have to fit your channel name...
My channel name is AmberAndGolden, and.. Personally, I don't like gold..
(why did I choose to have a channel with the name golden in it if i don't like gold? Don't even ask.. I thought it sounded snazzy okay!)

Anyway, The theme i'd like to go for would be BLUE, generally, But i'd also like to add in some blood/deep orange colours to fit in with the name more..

i don't think it's needed but it does look nice and attract people to a channel c:
as long as it isn't everywhere with 9482483 different looks/themes, i think that anything could look good with a channel ^-^

I don't think they have to fit your channel name personally. All that really matters is the channel brand and that it looks nice.
