Request Intro/Logo-screen

It's kind of hard to describe what I am after exactly but if you look at channels like:
*Trap n Bass
*UKF
*VitalFM
they all have a intro/screen with a logo and such while their songs are playing. This is the kind of thing I am looking for. (doesn't have to incorporate my current logo).
