In need of an intro.

My channel is starting to grow at the speed I expected it to, still small scale but I pump out at least 1, mostly 2 videos a week and play Black Ops 2 as a sniper. I want a simple intro that I can overlay at the start of the video. Is anyone up for it? I want it to look semi-professional so I would like to see some previous work, therefore neither of us waste time

Cool website, thanks man! I'm not looking to spend money on a template though, if I spend any money it will be a custom template that nobody else is using. I'll probably end up going back to my old intro.
