In Need Of A Video Editing Software!

A Superb Gamer!
I just want to start out by saying that I want to try to keep my budget as low as possible. I want a software that can place pictures inside a video and place multiple videos inside of one picture. Also I want one that I could put a commentaries and music playing very softly in the background. I am trying to keep my budget low though so I just don't want to pay too much money. Please tell me what you would recommend and thanks for reading!
 
Well to get music playing quietly in the background, you can easily use Windows Movie Maker for that (I do!). For the picture/video thing, you're looking at Final Cut and After Effects. I got After Effects for free; I usually get premium software illegally first, then buy a license when I have the money for it. It's what I did with Fraps. Of course, I'm not trying to encourage piracy here, but I can give you the link to how I got After Effects if you really do want it. Good luck!
