Impossible upload video!

It is impossible to upload videos!I wonder what happened.I do not know.I use the same easy procedure,but appears the message telling "an error occured"!I wonder why!?Someone could kindly help me?

A lot of people have been having problems uploading these last few days. I haven't, but I noticed people complaining about it to @YTCreators on twitter.

Sorry, but it looks like you'll have to wait until YouTube fixes this. I don't think it's anything you could do on your end.
