This part is VERY important:

Thumbnails that are sexually suggestive, violent, or graphic may cause your video to be age-restricted. When partner videos are age-restricted, advertising will not be served against it and that it will not appear on our other browse pages.

Partners that are found to consistently use thumbnails that do not follow these guidelines will have the ability to upload custom thumbnails revoked. If your thumbnail privileges have been revoked, we will not be able to restore this privilege.

Nice find and an important one too. The issue I see with that though is defining sexually suggestive, is a woman in a bra sexually suggestive even if theyre not posing sexually or a man wearing shorts and no shirt? I think some people would say it was and many would shrug it off, its so complicated when it comes to sexually suggestive images.
