I'm confused, am I coming across the wrong way?

I have recently posted a few posts on the forums asking people if they wanted to post their vids on my FB page and i would also tweet them, but haven't had to many replies, i thought people would want to get their videos on as many pages as they could so that they got more views and in turn this would make my page more interesting to other people, am I missing something or doing something wrong, i think YT Talk is a great forum and only want to help the menbers to get more views, any advice?:crying:

yea man should be fine just copy and paste the link here...this is the first i have heard of this...sounds like something i'd like to do!
 
Probably has alot to do with your low sub count. When someone says "hey I'll shout you out!" On this forum, I always go see how many subs/views they get, if it's not up in the hundreds, I don't bother. It's a sad thing to say when people are just trying to help, but the statistics on youtube are nuts. If someone shouts you out and they get 300 views, you might get like 10 subscribers, so if they have like 20 views, it's just.. you're not gonna gain much.
 
Hey dude I think I shall join in on this promotion you're doing on you FB page if you don't mind? Seems like a neat idea.
