i dont know, anyone can do the job, the most important thing to consider is how better your art really worth. example:
can you make custom characters, how much years you have or show your art has proof that you can do something.
asking for split profit is going to lead people leaving, you need to have some kind of trust or proof of evidence that people can trusted.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.[DOUBLEPOST=1424055010][/DOUBLEPOST]I branded my channel with high quality graphics, of quality that got me a fantastic reputation within my audience base, and I only managed to just SCRAPE into 400 subscribers in 6 months. If you give me a chance I could show you. I GUARANTEE that I can get your channel to a 1,000 subs within 3 months or less
I don't know of any artists who require splits in profit when they are contributing bugger all to a channels performance.
I'd look at charging a base commission, and maybe getting rid of "Free Graphics Artist" if you're requiring such a split.
Also, at your skill level, a 70/30 isn't reasonable, a 0.10/99.90 cut would be more like it.
no offence intended, just being realistic. [DOUBLEPOST=1424054867,1424054848][/DOUBLEPOST]

And guess what, my graphics didn't do that, my content did.
It's not about raking up subs though, its about building a loyal and dedicated fanbase in order to grow a channel to its full potential.you're misinterpreting what I meant, With a semi-skillful person I could get him to a 1,000 subs, not with graphics, but with "start-up schemes". For instance, waiting until a highly anticipated game comes out and being one of the first people to do a giveaway (real or fake one, depending on that person's character) can easily rake up subs.
the 30/70 split includes all my services from graphics to editing to channel management
