Request Illustrator help (if you have illustrator please help)

I do not have illustrator and i was wanting to turn my photoshop file into a vector image, i have used less than 16 colors so it is possible to do so.

Im busy right now, but i no one gets it done i can do it. You should try InkScape its free.[DOUBLEPOST=1468111472,1468104602][/DOUBLEPOST]I'm sure you want the .ai file right? Thanks for the help but can you please send it as a picture because i dont have illustrator so i cant open it
