Can someone go n youtube and type in. Royalty free music for youtube (copyright free). And then his channel should be called James Wedmore
Ok thanks!Again, outside of public domain, there is no such thing as copyright-free music. If that Wedmore guy really thinks there is or that it's the same as royalty free, then he doesn't know what he's talking about. Even "royalty free" and even purely free music requires a license that can have restrictions on use--some of it may only be free if you don't use it for commercial purposes! That's why you always need to check the license. If that Wedmore guy is giving away some of his own music for free with no strings attached, then that is a license agreement. He still owns the copyright to the music; he is just allowing others to use it.
Ok thanks. I haven't copied it of anyone but I got it of google images. My new ones I got made by someone!I can only speak to personal experience on the thumbnail issue. I have not yet seen a copyright claim for an image in a thumbnail.
HOWEVER.
Images are copyrighted just like music and video. If you use someone's image and they pull a DMCA takedown because of it, you're still in trouble. I just don't know if the YouTube automatch is capable of detecting it.

Ok thanks! There are places you can find stock imagery for free. Wikipedia is actually a good source since artists/photographers have to agree to give up their monetization rights if they want their work on Wikipedia.
