If I Use The Minecraft Title In A Thumbnail Will I Run Into Copyright Issues?

I am going to start learning how to make my won video thumbnails for my videos but then I started wondering, if I use the Minecraft text logo will I run into copyright issues? If any one could tell me I would appreciate it very much. Thanks!

They have it stated in their terms of use that you can! You can also put ads up without copyright issues!

I've seen plenty of other people use it, Shouldn't be an issue
