If i block some Ad Networks in Adsense ??

so what will happen if i block some Ad networks in my ad-sense account ?
will my earning will increase ? did any body try it and what was the result of blocking ?
i heard some youtubers blocked some low paying advertisers though allowing/blocking method is very difficult to achieve.
but i have doubt about that because it is written there on ad-sense " These networks compete for your ad inventory, potentially increasing your total AdSense revenue" !! which contradict what i have heard about .

Has this worked for any of you guys?
any idea on this is very much appreciated

Advertisers say what they're willing to pay for an ad to be displayed.

YouTube doesn't show ads on every video.

When it's time for an ad to be shown, YouTube goes to the list of available/ appropriate advertisers and plays the one that is willing to pay the most.

If low paying ad networks are being displayed, it simply means that there are no other, higher paying, ads to show. If you block those, you'll likely either find yourself with either lower paying ads or worse, no ads.

The reason why i am trying to do that because i dont know how to increase my ad click revenue. Currently, it is very low around 0.03 $ per click . On other hand, i heard that some YouTube networks provides premium ads for their members but they cut percentage from their revenue. so i dont want to join network because my channel still small and with low revenue.
