I emailed the YouTube editor about having my video featured. As yet, I have not received a reply. This is very frustrating. This is the number that they gave me, #1089040247. I downloaded my video July 30th. Someone please help. How do I get a response from the editor? What good is the number they gave me if I don't know what to do with it?

I would take that up with Michael. He is online almost 24/7. Just post a thread or reply to one of his posts about it.
