I am new here. I run a youtube vlog mostly focusing on family and bipolar disorder. I would love some feedback on what type of video topics you would like to see covered. Maybe a video to help people who don't suffer from by polar understand what it's like to have it and how they can comfort and help someone going through an episode

This is a perfect idea. It's always hard for those without a mental illness to know what they can do to help the situation, especially if the person is going through a manic episode. Do a video on what strategies to use or how to speak with a person who is in that situation.
