If someone has a great idea, don't you think they would use it themselves? It wouldn't really be fair to grow based on other peoples content.

When I don't have an idea for a video I look around my surrounding to see if anything inspires me. Maybe you can do the same

Start learning how to come up with ideas! If you ever wanna be that successful then you will never get there by asking for ideas, learn how to come up with them yourself and that will only benefit you in the long run. Your first couple of ones might suck, but you can then learn from your mistakes.
