i have a problem in my channel in 13 november someone flagged my video and i get a strike of comunity guidelines this is the picture and the question is i will get my money at 13 or 15 /12/2014 or not ?

Yes, you will still receive your adsense earnings. You will not be able to receive them for that video tho, as its no longer publicly available, but it wont effect the rest of your videos.
