I was given a fake copyright strike and getting blackmailed for money to remove it

The pos is asking me for $400 to remove it and if I don't they'll report two more.

Now 400 will literally break me so I have no intention of paying so I wanna counter claim but I also do not wanna give my contact info to the psychopath. He really sounds unstable.

Will it be okay to fill the counter claim sheet with fake details from one of those fake adress/phone number sites?

Or is there any other way around it at all?
 
I am pretty sure that a counterclaim means you have the rights to use the content. Do you? Even if it is a fake claim, if you do not have the rights, a counterclaim will fail.
I would be more likely to send any communication from the fake claimant to YouTube.
 
Well if the pos doesn't respond within ten business days I'll have no problem right? From my understanding YouTube doesn't mediate copyright disputes
