Use royalty free music. You can google royalty free music and find loads of sites. You can also search YouTube (there are a bunch of channels that provide music), but do not trust those channels 100%. If you want to use music from an artist, you need their permission to use it. (Most royalty-free music sites provide this).

One last question... is there a way for me to put it on a video i already have uploaded without music without taking down the video and re uploading it?

Nope. The only way to add it, is to take town the video and re-upload it with the new music.
