It's something I've been wanting to do for awhile now, And I don't really know where to start. It's something I want to start and be able to stick with. So anyone with ideas on where to start, and possibly some ideas on how I could do the art. or somewhere I can learn all of this.

What kind of animation are you particularly interested in?

I started my adventures in animation with Pivot and Scratch. Both are REALLY simple animations, and where I'd recommend starting, rather than some complex insanity like Flash. After that, I went to Anime Studio, which is actually pretty hard. But with tutorials and such, you can get better and learn the program better, and slowly become a better animator. It requires A LOT of patience however.

Good luck.

To get you started, try making a Pivot animation. Download Pivot 3, or stykz. Look around on youtube. Easy to use, and good practice.

I didn't expect to get answers so fast. I have used pivot before. not to an extreme though, I could use it again. and in it make simple stories and leave storyboards for possible future animation. I kind of want it to be a comedy thing, but I'm not the funniest of guys.
