i use windows live movie maker do any of you? i think my stuff looks proffesional enough for using basic free software and i was wondering would i in the future eventually need better software if i plan on getting bigger?
 
I feel bad for you =( There is a lot of free softwares out there that are much more powerful and are more versatile. I'd suggest looking into them. To be honest movie maker is kindof counter productive. If you ever try to upgrade softwares you will be very lost and confused.
 
to be honest the videos are fine. For your purposes I dont see why you would need anything else. Definitely look into what they commented about above since those might save you time and you can do cooler things.

I use Movie Maker 2.6 so that's going even further back and with one or two things (can't do picture in picture or decent titles) it's fantastic for editing very quickly - I do at least one video a day so I need to have a fast production line.
 
if you were going to upgrade in the future, i would suggest Cyberlink powerdirector! i use it myself, and it's pretty decent for video editing until you become big :)
