YouTube says I started my channel back in 2014 and my first year was just a bunch of non-sense videos like a video of my friends and I playing Guitar Hero on insane mode, and my liquid cooled PC.
But 2015 I started to be a little more serious. I uploaded a few product review videos, made a blog, and some of my videos ended up being kinda big hits in my eyes. I had 1 that reached 100,000 views and 2 that got 50,000 views. But my uploading schedule was erratic.
This year, I have a 4k camera (my phone), a tripod, and a much better understanding of Adobe Premiere. I also now have an uploading schedule for every Friday, better banner, better thumbnails, tags and titles. I've uploaded 3 videos to very little to no subscribers. Maybe 1 new subscriber every 2 days and even sometimes having people unsubscribe, which I don't understand why.
I think my problem is, my channel is all tutorial and review videos and I think that's not what YouTube viewers want. What can I do to create an actual brand that people want to subscribe to?
