So i started to brand myself today and i was wondering if its possible to get ban or striked for art style? here is an example okay.

I had someone create channel art for me a logo of my face drawn, the art style is like the yogscast but drawn by a complete different person. so can they get me banned or youtube strike me for the style of art used for my channel art?
 
Absolutely not. Every style in the world is based off of something else. That is like me getting sued for making a comedy film that had similar jokes to so and so. Everything was implied by something and so was yogscast. they just made it popular =)
 
They will never do that. If you ever got big, someone may point it out and people will not like it, but you will not get any strikes from it.

looks really good. and it might be better for you to have it similar to the yogcast because yogcast fans may see your channel and think "I never knew this guy was on the yogscast" then click your channel and subscribe xD
