I screwed up..

Hey, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not.. But here we go anyway. So I made my channel a year ago, got to 100 subs without even thinking about it I made my URL "damzygaming" and now I found out that there's a few other youtubers with the same name. Also there is a "Damzy Records" brand out too. I really want to change my name now, that's not the problem. My problem is that I used my 1 time url change. Is it to late to request another one? I can't seem to get an answer from anywhere. I would also like to change the direction of my channel a bit other than gaming so a name change would be perfect. I need your guys help, do I change my name and leave my url as damzygaming or should I make a new channel and ask my subscribers to come over to the new one?! Please help! Thanks!

According to YouTube help, you won't be able to change your custom URL. So I guess depending on the direction you're planning to go with your channel, that'll decide if you want to stick with the "gaming" branded channel.

You can't change a custom URL after creation, including adjustments to the capitalization, accents, or diacritics.

I had the same issue on my previous channel, did a brand/name change, and managed to change the URL to the /c/user URL (this was around the time that feature came out), but the /user/user URL stayed the same, so I had two different URLs with different names
I spoke to support at Youtube/Google and apparently there was nothing they could do... Hopefully you're able to get something sorted man
