I recently did a new banner

It does update but where your browser has stored your old thumbnails in the cache it will use those instead, so you'll need to just clear your browser caches.

Youtube doesn't always update right away so if you still can't see them just be patient.

IF, after you've waited a long time but it's still the same change the thumbnail from another computer and then it should work. Sometimes my thumbnails won't change until I reupload the thumbnail at work. It's weird stuff

That looks great! Very minimal and professional. The only thing I can think to advise you on is adding more, such as links or advertisements, around the title. Or if you don't want to do that, making the title bigger so that there isn't so much blank space.
