I have been doing this channel a bit more seriously, therefore I would like some serious feedback. :)
What I want feedback is....
1) what more can I do for the channel
2) what I can do more for my banner
3) what kind of videos would be more interesting to watch more
4) Video Quality and Audio quality
5) any other things you would like to point out!

Nothing I say in this critique is meant to insult you or your channel and everything I say is just my opinion and I happen to be extremely blunt and on occasionally offend without meaning to so just saying that now . Also I will be focusing more on the horror aspect of channel as that is what appears to be the main focus of the channel.

1. Channel art, Now right off the bat I knew your channel was a horror channel from the banner so that's a plus, what ruined it was the banner wasn't scary and over all doesn't fit the tone of your channel itself. You play horror games but you banner is bright purple with bright text.

2. Thumbnails, Now while not as bad as the channel art issues you still need to work on them they don't grab attention. Yes they are informative but they are not interesting enough to make me want to click and watch cooltext.com has some nice fonts for horror themes.

3. Audio, Your audio in my opinion is fine nothing that's really an issue so not much to talk about here.

4.Commentary, Now from what I see your a lets play channel so obviously you don't talk as much as other types of game channels, but I do notice you sound kinda of uncaring for a majority of the videos. Now I doubt you intend to sound like that but having watched a few videos you reactions don't make the games seem scary or like a challenge, part of what makes horror enjoyable to watch is the reaction and the feeling of victory of passing the current challenge, since you don't use face cam all the time your voice needs to convey those emotions or else it makes the video seem boring.

5.Video Quality, HD are my only words. At this point on youtube and this age HD is a must if you want to have an equal chance with other channels not sure if you play on console or PC but regardless HD is a must have now.

6. Audience Engagement, Now again not being rude but a channel your size should have at least twenty to thirty views or so a video, most of them have around 5 or 7 you have 73 subs. So either you sub for sub or you have a largely inactive subscriber base both of which are bad. However if its inactivity you need to fix that's a lot easier than fixing sub for sub. Some things you can try are using social media outside of just posting your videos. Actually talk with people, comment on tweets, encourage your audience to follow you on twitter and engage them. Talk with them about gaming news or new horror games coming out. You should also remind people to leave a like, comment, and sub at the end of videos to remind them or have an overlay telling them. Ask questions at then end engage them it should help a bit.

7. Ideas, I would say try staying away from mainstream horror games or rather old horror games. By playing mainstream horror your videos get buried under the other youtbers videos like pewdiepie and the same applies with old horror games since not many people will be searching for it if its old or has been covered so many times no one needs to look for it any more.
Rather try the indie horror section the lesser known games that don't get as much recognition doing this will give you a more unique channel since you'll be one of the few posting lesser know horror games and that will give you a greatly needed niche audience. You can still play the more well known ones of course but they most likely won't be as beneficial to your channel.

Hope this helps sorry its so long but I like to be sure I cover as much as I can and offer what advice I can if you have any questions to feel free to message me

1) Make a dedicated channel trailer. You thumbnails look fine for themselves but they should use the same design as for you banner to strengthen your branding. Basically you want that people know on which channel the video is already by looking at the thumbnail.

2) I think it's basically fine but "FRIDAY NIGHTMARES" is cut at the top. Did you fill the empty space for viewers who visit your channel from TVs?

3) Well I guess that depends on your audience. I personally would appreciate a sequel of "Independence Day" or "Stargate" but I think that's out of scope :)

4) Your selfcam is a bit badly lighted. Audio is fine but not superb.

1)vYeah I am working on that. Im working on a theme thing to do that is universal for any genre I do. I am working on a dedicated channel trailer I was going to start filming items starting next week. I just want to plan it right so it gets attention and to make it not too long

2) I haven't yet. I will be. I am working on the channel art right now. I am going to be switching it with another one which I am designing which I like much more.

3) Those would be good sequels lol, depending who is the director and the actors chosen haha.

4) Yeah I forgot to fix the lighting while editing. I am going to be fixing that for the next one. I have a new lamp for that. The audio I was hoping was fine enough because I can't afford much as of right now

Thanks for responding I will take all this into consideration[DOUBLEPOST=1409212055,1409211392][/DOUBLEPOST]

1) Yeah someone pointed it out to me that it looks like a horror channel which is not what Im going for. I am going to change my channel art so it seems more multi genre as I really don't want to play just horror really. I have a new channel art design for the channel art and a chibi character for the icon I am planning out then going to add detail then finalize within the next month. :)

2) what would make it pop out to you more?

3) Thanks, I was hoping it was fine for now

4) I am going to be using a different lamp and position the camera more and imersve myself in it. I am not used to cameras or talking a lot but it is a lot better than when I first started. I am trying to engage more people watching by starting to ask questions at the beginning of my videos. I hope to do my horror marathon and hopefully that will get more into them and react more. Ive been getting more relaxed to react. I was hoping on doing more collabs with other youtubers, so right now those are some of the subscribers which I am going to fix and start getting more actual subs.

5) I would do HD but I do not have the internet to actually upload those. It would take 3 hours for 15 min HD video. I doing the best quality I can do for the moment. I am just starting for reals right now. When I have the internet capabilities I will do so.

6) Im trying to ask at the beginning and end. Thats what Im doing in the most recent vids I am recording of the playlists I started.

7) Im going to be doing retro challenges, horror marathon of four games because in october I will have better internet for where I will be. I am trying to do more.

Thanks for responding

Mainly just commentary right now. It's a matter of fixing minor things that consist of theme clashing (banner/channel purpose...one is serious the other is cartoony), and just filling the dead air. That's really what I'd recommend doing.
