Hello,
I own a small private school and I want to create free private youtube channel only for students who registered to the school and paid the tuition. So only students could see the videos.
I'm not charging money for watching the videos.

Am I allowed to do that?

Well, just set your videos to unlisted and share it with your students, but if your students share it to other people (not your students) that would be a problem so if you really want to do it, just set it to private and then get your student's email (each one of them) and allowed them to watch it. Your students need to make an account on Youtube

I want to know if youtube allow me to host my bussiness videos on their website accourding to their rules.
The videos are going to be private and only students who paid the tuition could watch the videos.

Yeah, you can do that. A lot of people do that .... but .. did you just said "paid" ? ... that's complicated ... I don't think it's possible ... If you expected only for students that have PAID, Youtube is not a place for you :/

They pay for the studing in the school, not for the videos. The videos are meant to help them.

YouTube allows every video as long it's not against the rules.
And unless you work with paid subscriptions, it's not possible to charge money for watching videos.

Your students should have paid a subscription on your channel, that would be easier for you
How can i do that?

Those are the requirements of paid subscriptions:

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible to create paid channels, you must meet these requirements:

  • Your account is in good standing.
  • You meet the general criteria for YouTube partnership.
  • You have verified your account by phone.
  • You have an approved AdSense account linked to your YouTube account.
  • You own a free channel with at least 1000 active subscribers.
  • You are located in one of these countries:
    • Australia (AU)
    • Brazil (BR)
    • Canada (CA)
    • France (FR)
    • Hong Kong (HK)
    • India (IN)
    • Italy (IT)
    • Japan (JP)
    • Mexico (MX)
    • New Zealand (NZ)
    • South Korea (KR)
    • Spain (ES)
    • United Kingdom (GB)
    • United States (US)
You need to be Partnered with a Network and be able to contact them but also need 1,000 subscribers.
I think another option is to make a YouTube channel for every student and only allow those channels to watch the videos and put the videos on Private.

He's not saying the videos are paid.. ^^
It's a private school, they pay to go there.

@OP you just need to create a channel and make sure all your videos are set to un-listed, then only people with the link will be able to view them :)
