I need your Neg feedback to improve my channel

Hey Everybody from YTTalk Community , I am so happy for being here , today and after more than 40 days of my channel I want a feedback for it especially a negative feedback because that what will improve my channel , anyway :

1-My channel is a Gaming Channel where I try to make a funny commentaries .

2- I want a overall feedback :
- my thumbnails.
-My SEO ( Titles , Description , Tags )
-anything wrong with the video ( my last one ) or how I can improve it.

3-some notes :
-English is not my native one ( I am from Algeria ) but I am doing my best to improve it .
-About The Time , my videos are short because my schedule and I am a " Medicine " ( no time with this ) Student so I can't make them longer for now
-About video quality , firstly I have not a good Pc ( lenovo i5 G510 ) and even the internet speed will not allow me to upload a huge files
- About The banner and channel icon , I wan't to make a great one or not , so I have to pay for it , here in Algeria we can't because no Mastercard or anything ( about Paypal )

Ok so to start off with I'm not going to give you solely negative comments. I'm going to give you critical comments. Basically I'm going to tell you where you're going wrong and also what you're doing right. That being said here we go.

To start off with your banner and channel icon. I think you've acknowledged yourself that they need work as they are very generic and aren't very unique which doesn't really help your channel to stand out. That being said you seem to limit yourself by what you don't have. I'm not saying that you should or shouldn't pay for a custom made banner or channel icon but I do think that you could be able to make your own. I don't think we should limit ourselves by what we don't have instead we should look to what we do have and see what the best that we can do with what we have at the moment is. So in your case if you don't have Photoshop or another photo editing software you could just as easily make a banner and channel icon in PowerPoint which you should have on your computer.I'm not saying you should or shouldn't I'm just saying that you can. If you try and it doesn't work or you really think that you can't do it and you're willing to then by all means pay for somebody else to make them for you as you should get something original and cleaner looking that should hopefully be brandable. You could also look at intros which could also be helpful in terms of branding yourself.

My next problem is with your thumbnails in terms of the fact that when you are doing a series you just use the same thumbnail for all of them. I think that this is a problem because whilst the thumbnails themselves are alright there's no way to distinguish between the each video of a series apart from the number which can be confusing if you're not paying attention which is easily done and can be annoying for any potential viewers. What I usually recommend is to create a template thumbnail for each series that you can customise for each video of a series which makes each thumbnail unique but also identifies it as part of the series. I think this would save time in terms of making unique thumbnails but would also allow you to have different thumbnails for different videos which I think is important because if you just have a blanket thumbnail there is really no point in having a thumbnail at all. When you do customise your thumbnails they are good

I like your titles, they lead you in and give me the relevant information which is nice. I also like your description and the fact that you give a little information about the game. I think you need to tag your videos differently and uniquely because it seems like you've gone for a blanket set of tags which will cover all of the videos from a certain series which won't really work because each video is different and you are limiting which searches you will actually show up in and how high up you will feature in them. I think you need to take care and tag the title, parts of the title and the title of the game with you name and other combinations. It is a similar issue to the thumbnail issue. I get that you don't have much time but you need to take more care and spend more time on the details if you want to reap the rewards of hard work.

Video quality is ok (wouldn't have known anything if you didn't say about your laptop, still can't see anything) audio quality is a bit quiet, and I at some points I really couldn't hear or understand what you were saying at all. Your enthusiasm and over-the-top-ness throughout does seem kind of forced and so makes you seem fake, I get that you're trying to be funny it just seems like you're trying too much. Just be yourself, I think your videos would be better that way. The video length is ok if that's all you can do. You might appeal to an audience who want shorter-style gameplay anyway.
Your endcard looks really nice and has been done well.

All in all not bad but I think you've got a lot to do. Please remember though that a lot of this is my opinion and so not law, if you disagree with a point I make please feel free to ignore me. Anyway I hope this helps

About this I am with photoshop course when I finish them I will start doing it

My next problem is with your thumbnails

About My thumbnails , I don't want to do the same template because it will be boring and I want every time to make a clickable thumbnail present the video as well and because I am not doing a full walk through just funniest moments

like you've gone for a blanket set of tags

For my tags yes I will change them Thank you bro

I at some points I really couldn't hear or understand what you were saying at all

Yes you are right I was exaggerate my reactions too much ( about screaming it is not exaggeration I am easily scared ) , but it is about my previous video , I noticed it and for now it is over with my latest 2 or 3 videos I can't remember ( the last video nothing was fake or exaggerated ) , but about rage moments it is myself believe me.

From your response it seems like you have a solid idea of where you want to go and what you want to do. I think that with a little bit of thinking and planning you'll be able to get there. The fact that you're doing a Photoshop course to help improve your picture editing/manipulation skills shows that you're willing to work and put in effort to get where you want to go and once you've finished you'll have something which is a lot better than what you already have now

When I was talking about your thumbnails I was referencing the stretch where you just used the same image for quite a few videos in a row. You might have stopped now, I just thought I would mention it.

When I said I couldn't hear you or understand you at some points I was mainly talking about the microphone, but speaking slowly and clearly won't hurt

I'm not saying don't be excited or show enthusiasm. I just thought you were acting a little too much. But if those were your real reactions and you weren't acting like as you're saying then just ignore that then.
