I need to find smaller youtubers!

So ive recently been told to try and look at smaller youtubers channel's and comment what i believe is good about their videos. Apparently this will help my subs grow as well as giving the person good feedback! But Ive encountered a problem... How do I find the smaller youtubers? Can somebody help me with a website or something? (not reddit)

most people on here are small and I would say if your looking to gain subs commenting on as many videos as possible but only videos your truely interested in watching and telling people what they are doing good and bad if people like what you say they might want to check out your channel.

Yes, there are quite a few "smaller" (but still very good) YouTubers here at YTtalk.
