Thank you! My dad is a professional graphic designer and he said he will be able to teach me when he has time.so get a brush that is shaped like a paint splash, you can download it online.
then on photohop create a new layer and draw one splash.
double click on the layer and you can see some options to engave, embed, add shadows, just try them out and you will get a 3D effect that you desire
The one I wanted to learn was 3d and other cool things. Like this one:It's fairly easy, actually. If you have a brush effect (like mention earlier) in the shapes of various splashes, just select one and "splash" it down on the project. Then you can add a Bevel/Emboss, a slight Inner Shadow and maybe even a drop shadow, that should give you the desired "3D" effect.
Here's an example using the techniques I just listed ~
Best of luck with your designs mate!

That kind of stuff is usually done with Cinema4D, but I've also heard some people use real paint splashes then cut out the background etc.The one I wanted to learn was 3d and other cool things. Like this one:
I am really good with Illustrator, I just don't have it no more sadly.Or learn Adobe Illustrator. You can use meshes to create the 3D look.
