I need some help with a thumbnail please :c

Thumbnail time are quite random o.o sometimes I upload it late and it appears sometimes the video doesn't appeared with one and others well is like meh I do what I want lol so i prefer to upload it when the video is uploading is always sure to work
 
Yeah thumbnails can take a while to update to the video you have posted or sometimes it happens straight away
