I need some helf, don't see $ icon next my clip

I became Youtube Partner last week. On 16th October, i made clip by Window movie maker


Now this video has more and more views, i didn't cheat, its hot topic and now view increase every day. And now I can't see the monetization icon, i tried to active monetization by hand but it didn't wok, Youtube report fails.


I googled but i don't have answer, i don't know why and now i very sad. Would you mind explaining the problem and help me fixing it?

I hope u have not got any copyright. Because if u have any copyrights, then u cant monetize. If its not copyright, then YouTube must answer your problem.

I guess it is because of some sort of strike. Google has a bug, as I know, that even if your channel has been striked for something, your $ icons still remain green, but in reality it does not monetize.
