I need information about YouTube partner !

Hi guys
I want to create a youtube channel and monetize my videos, but I heard that Adsence accept some countries.
I'm from Algeria, so how would I know if my country is available within those countries that Adsence accept.

Please, it would be good if you attach a list of countries being accepted by youtube partner with the link of the source.
